Rock climbing camp

Ruben has spent this week at daycamp to learn rock wall climbing.  He was very very sore on Tuesday and Wednesday, but today he said he's feeling better.  He made it to the top of the wall on the 4th rope today.  That one kind of goes upside down.  I don't have any pictures of him climbing because he's at camp all day.  I have to say I'm glad I enrolled him. Ruben complains about camp, he'd rather be home riding his bike with his friends around our apartment. He'd rather be hanging out with us, but he doesn't want to work of course.  He feels that he's missing out on video games and TV too. Camp is over tomorrow though, and I don't have anything planned for the rest of the summer.

Today when I picked him up he was in line for the slip and suds slide.  I took a few pictures of him.  He also gets to use the awesome pool, and they do snacks, games, and sports.  No wonder he's tired.

I've been very ill, with some undiagnosable virus or syndrome. It may all be in my head.  It may not.  Its very unnerving. My symptoms are crippling, and I haven't done much all week.  I feel better today though.  A little better.

Fred and I are trying to make our small apartment more habitable and less cluttered.  We (he) moved the desks into the dining room to make it an office.  We (he) also hung posters from our band days to make the room more cheerful.  I'll post some pictures when we (maybe) finish.  I bought a filing cabinet today but it was dented so we(mostly he) are going to take it back tomorrow and also get a bookshelf.  When the apartment is clean and organized I have a lot of car/motorcycle maintenance to get to. I have a feeling summer is going to be WAY to short.

#1 to get my blood drawn at the Doctor's office.  (My thyroid test was normal)

I was a bit jealous.
