We are fortunate to have a pool outside our back door, but the weather hasn't let us spend a lot of time in it. Last week it got cleaned, new sand in the filter, and the water was clean and clear. Good times.

After our swim I put together some chicken skewered with zucchini and onion. I barbecued them along with some cream cheese (and other deletable ingredients) filled jalepenos. Delicious.

Ru and I took a quick motorcycle ride to the store to buy candy, and drinks for the drive in. Ru got lots of complements on his mohawk, and motorcycle gear. Yea we are that cool.
We made two bags of popcorn, Ru's had caramel, mine was spicy with cajun pepper and garlic.
The movies were Madagascar 3 and Amazing Spiderman. The movies started at 9:30 and we made it home around 2am. Ru stayed awake the entire time, both movies were great. If you get a chance this summer go to the drive in :-)
