Mom had to leave today but she said she would go hiking with us before she left. We hadn't ever been to Lower Trestle Creek Falls yet so it was on the agenda for today. It was a fairly level hike, but the path was rocky in places. We enjoyed the falls, but we enjoyed sitting on the rocks at Brice Creek just as much.
He climbed a side trail to get a better view of the falls.
My favorite picture from this trip.

Trestle Creek flowing into Brice Creek. Ruben was hopping around on the rocks taking pictures.
Ruben's feet are as big as mine!
Lunch and Mario Yahtzee
Just after Mom left Freddie arrived. He was excited to go out on the boat. His favorite thing is to be pulled on the tube. Ru had the first turn.
He wasn't bored for long, soon he was tumbling over and over in the water!
Fred developed this great style of throwing a leg out to the side to avoid the flipping.
Jeremy showed up to camp and brought his daughter Aerielle. When given the option of helping Jeremy set up the tent or going tubing, well it was no contest really. Aerielle loves the tube and wasn't nervous at all.
After dinner we tuned up the guitars while Jeremy did some paddle boarding.
Ruben told me that he really wanted to learn guitar after he watched everyone else play. I'd be happy to teach him!
Playing songs around the campfire with Jeremy and Aerielle.
And Freddie (who insists his name is spelled Phredd, but I just can't)
